Norway silenced every living room in England when Andreas Schjelderup curled them in front midway through the first half. Cue an hour of shouting "COME ON ENGLAND" at the telly with increasing desperation.

Then Bellingham happened. A clever equaliser sliced through the Norwegian defence just before the break, and when the game crawled into extra time, he popped up again with the winner. England's first World Cup since 1966 is now two games away.
