When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number, the items and personalisation details you order, and your order history. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not collected or stored by us.

• process, make and deliver your order;
• send you order confirmations and updates (for example when your order ships);
• respond to your questions and provide customer support;
• keep records we're required to keep, such as for tax purposes.

Our legal basis for processing this information is that it's necessary to perform our contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run the shop, including:

• Stripe — to take payment securely;
• delivery couriers — to deliver your order (name and address);
• our website and database hosting providers, who store the data securely on our behalf.

We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

Our site uses minimal local storage to remember the contents of your basket. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it's securely deleted.

Your rights
