How long it takes right now
Everything is made to order, so each piece has a making time — then it goes out by tracked Royal Mail, which takes 1–2 working days.

Working days don't include weekends or bank holidays. Every listing shows its own making time and an estimated arrival date, so you can check before you order. Working to a deadline? Message us first and we'll do everything we can ♡

Delivery
Every order is lovingly handmade to order here in the UK, so please allow a little time for us to create your pieces before they're sent. Our usual turnaround is around 3 to 7 working days, turnaround for bridal pyjamas and robes is 10-14 working days, and we'll always flag current timescales on our listings during busy bridal and hen season.
We post all UK orders via 24 hour & 48 hour tracked Royal Mail, which typically takes 1-2 working days once dispatched. UK shipping is free on all orders over £60 (a small flat-rate charge applies below this). Working to a deadline? Returns & Cancellations
As each item is personalised and made especially for you, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty or arrives damaged. If anything isn't quite right, please email us within 14 days with a quick photo and we'll happily put it right.
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible, as long as we haven't started making it, we'll gladly amend or cancel for you.
