Welcome to Pretty Lovely Designs. These terms apply when you browse our site and place an order with us. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Pretty Lovely Designs is a small UK business making personalised bridal, hen and gifting products, lovingly handmade to order. You can reach us any time at prettylovelyuk@gmail.com.

Ordering

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation. This confirms we've received your order — a contract between us is formed once we accept it and begin making your item. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error), in which case we'll refund you in full.

Prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and shown on each product page. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe, which accepts cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods. We do not see or store your full card details.

Personalisation

Many of our items are personalised with names, wording or design choices that you provide. Please check your spelling, wording and choices carefully before ordering — we make each item exactly as entered, so we're unable to refund or replace personalised items for mistakes in the details you supplied. If you're unsure about anything, message us before ordering and we'll happily help.

Delivery

We aim to make and dispatch your order within the timescales shown on our Delivery & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as posting is handled by third-party couriers.

Returns & cancellations

Your rights to cancel and return are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Because most of our products are personalised or made to order, some cancellation rights don't apply — please read that page before ordering.

Our products

Photographs are for illustration. As items are handmade, small natural variations in colour, finish and placement are normal and are not faults.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable at the time you ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
