Questions, answered

How do I add my personalisation details?

Easy as can be! When you add an item to your basket, you'll find personalisation boxes to pop in your details such as names, dates, roles (Bride, Maid of Honour and so on) and any font or colour choices. Just type everything exactly as you'd like it to appear, including capital letters, and we'll lovingly handcraft it to match. If you're ever unsure or have a special request, email us at prettylovelyuk@gmail.com before ordering and we'll happily talk it through.

What are your turnaround and dispatch times?

As every order is handmade to order especially for you, please allow around 3 to 7 working days for us to create your items before they're dispatched. During busy periods such as wedding and hen season we'll always pop current timescales on our listings, so do check before ordering. Got a deadline? Get in touch before you buy and we'll do our very best to help you meet it.

How do the personalised pyjamas come up for size?

Our pyjamas are generally true to UK dress sizes, but they can vary a little by style, so always check the size guide on the individual listing before choosing. If you'd prefer a roomier, relaxed fit (lovely for lounging and getting-ready photos), we'd suggest sizing up. Still not sure? Email us your usual size and we'll happily point you in the right direction.

How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?

We post all orders within the UK via tracked Royal Mail, and UK shipping is completely free on orders over £60. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days once your order has been dispatched, on top of our handmade turnaround time. If you need something in a hurry, just drop us a message and we'll let you know what's possible.

What's your returns and cancellations policy?

Because each piece is personalised and handmade just for you, we're sadly unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged. If anything's not quite right, please email us at prettylovelyuk@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll put it right straight away. Need to cancel or tweak an order? Get in touch as soon as possible. As long as we've not yet started making it, we'll happily amend or cancel for you.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our boutique, choose your item, fill in the personalisation boxes with your details and add it to your basket. When you're ready, head to the checkout and pop in your delivery and payment details. Once your order's placed you'll receive a confirmation email, and we'll get straight to work handcrafting your lovely things. If you'd like something bespoke that isn't listed, just email us and we'll see what we can create.
